We’ve had this trampoline for three months now, and while we love it, there are a few issues that need to be addressed. I hope these insights help the manufacturer improve the design and also prepare future buyers on how to prevent these problems. First, we experienced a decent-sized dust storm, and all the poles supporting the net detached from their mounts and flew away. If the attachments had a locking mechanism to keep them securely in place, this wouldn’t have happened. Thankfully, we were able to find all the pieces and put it back together. To prevent this issue, I recommend using black tar or 100% silicone caulking—just add a small amount to each mount before inserting the poles to keep them from slipping out. Second, while the trampoline comes with anchors that we initially loved, I decided to purchase an additional set of spiral earth anchors. I found these to be more effective, and with both sets in place, our trampoline stayed grounded during the storm. Third, the stairs flew away because they don’t have a way to be securely attached to the frame. They simply rest on the edge, making them easy to lift off in the wind. I’d suggest using the same black tar or caulking to secure them in place to prevent them from being lost. Aside from these issues, my kids absolutely love this trampoline! The value for money is great, it’s lightweight enough that I was able to move the boxes into the garage by myself, and the zipper quality is surprisingly impressive. I also love that the zipper is bright yellow, making it easy to see and locate the entrance. Overall, it’s a great trampoline, but with a few small improvements, it could be even better!
